The Seoul International Youth Film Festival is glad to announce that submissions for the 16th Seoul International Youth Film Festival are now open, and will run until May 19th, 2014.
They accept short films made by youths (Age 13-18) and children and teenager themed films.
There are no restriction in genres for the films, and outstanding films will be awarded by prominent juries at the closing ceremony.
