ISLAMABAD, Dec 8 (APP): Panelists here on Wednesday highlighted important role of media in creating awareness among masses on social, national and international issues, besides bringing the nations closer to each other.They said media has witnessed a rapid growth in the present era, which made available a number of modes to get the latest information on each and every issue.
The participants were holding a panel discussion on “The Magic of New Media” during a five-day International Youth Conference and Festival titled “Building Bridges across the World” at Pakistan National Council of the Arts.The debate was conducted by Fasi Zaka and participated by Head of News and Politics YouTube Steve Grove, Manager Social Action,Participant Media Christie Manning-Marchese, Director of Content and Outreach,Alliance of Youth Movements Suzannah Vila and Hafsa Adil from Dawn Blog.
