BELGRADE, 20TH TO 27TH AUGUST 2008
Under the auspice of the President of the Republic of Serbia HE Boris Tadic, in organization of the Media Education Centre, in Belgrade will be held 3rd International Youth Media Summit. Nearly 70 people from more than 20 countries attend the Summit in Belgrade and represent diversity in identifying and reporting seven core issues Environment | Health | Poverty | Racism | Violence | Women Empowerment | Youth Empowerment. The outcome will be 7 X 1 minute Public Service Announcements filmed and edited by young filmmakers as well as researched, prepared and presented by the young diplomats.
Opening Ceremony with screening of the films from Los Angeles and Sydney Summits will be in the Terazije Theatre on Wednesday, 20th of August at 20:30 hours.
7 voices, multimedial exhibition of the video works made by young participants of the precedent Summits with International Group Photo Exhibition, seven core issues of the Summit on the photos. O3one Gallery, opening at Thursday, 21st of August at 7 pm.
