FNPI Workshop in Medellín to focus on education coverage

As part of the regional workshops series to improve education coverage
in Colombia and the region, the Foundation for New Iberian-American
Journalism (FNPI in Spanish) is organizing its third workshop from Oct.
31 to Nov. 2 in Medellín. Registration deadline: Oct. 10.

The aim is to address curriculum in education coverage, reflection,
exchange and monitoring, using as a resource the journalists' guide:
"¿Cómo informar sobre la educación en Colombia?" ("How do you become
informed about education in Colombia?")

There are 20 spots available. Colombia's National Education Ministry
will cover the registration fee for 20 participants.
