Cyber-bullying remains big problem for Canadian youth: Survey

TORONTO (CP) - Kate Wilkes hasn't personally fallen victim to cyber-bullying, but she did watch it tear apart the social fabric of a classroom.

When a close friend of the 16-year-old Toronto high school student decided to pick on another girl over the Internet, the target of that cyber-bullying soon found her entire class turned against her.
