TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte, July 25 (PIA) -- Sinebata youth media festival had its soft opening this morning in Tacloban City.
The festival started at 10 a.m. with a photo exhibit at the Robinsons ground floor in Tacloban City, Plan Philippines Area Manager Rodel Bontuyan said during the “Suruswerte ha PIA” radio program on Tuesday.
Bontuyan said the judging of entries followed at the Philippine Information Agency (PIA-8) office at 11 a.m. with representatives from different agencies who acted as jurors.
At 3 p.m., there will be a public screening and interface with the young filmmakers at the Leyte Normal University Audio-Visual Studio, Bontuyan said.
