Russian professional photographers and amateurs are invited to submit photos to a contest with a water theme. Entries will be published in a virtual gallery where a popular vote from the online audience will select finalists. A selection committee will then select winners.
The competition is organized by the Russian Travel Channel and cable operator "AKADO-Capital."
