OPPORTUNITIES: Young Russian journalists can submit works on 'challenges'

Young Russian journalists and freelancers (up to age 25) can submit works on a variety of topics to the competition Challenge -- XXI century. Deadline: September 1.

Entries should focus on the challenges surrounding modernization, health care, education, moral values or culture. Works must have been published in print or online media in 2010.
