In celebration of the International Day of the African Child, the Plan West Africa Regional Office is pleased to announce the launch of its new Media, Youth and Development site.
Primarily created for children, teenagers and young media professionals, this entertaining and interactive platform aims to promote media production work dealing with the topic of children's rights in West Africa.
Media, Youth and Development is first of all a Media Center that allows you to:
- Listen to radio sketches created during the Radio campaign «I am a child but I have my rights too!» in 21 languages.
- Listen to albums produced in the context of our media projects (e.g Tundo Joor, Poto etc.)
- Read, watch and listen to testimonies from children that have participated in activities run by Plan in West Africa.
- A country by country presentation of media projects implemented by Plan in the West Africa region
- A one-stop-shop offering essential resource documents (e.g. report and evaluations, press reviews, institutional papers etc.)
