Malta George Cross, a local Maltese film by Latina Pictures, directed by Winston Azzopardi and presented by San Andrea School was short-listed for Screening Club as part of the Cinekid Festival, held during the last week of October in the Netherlands.
Cinekid Festival which is an annual Film, Television and New Media Festival for Children, celebrated its 20th edition this year.
Every year during the autumn break more than 30,000 children are given the opportunity to attend one or more of the 200 media productions that Cinekid presents including feature films, children's documentaries, short films, animations, TV series and single plays, cross-media productions, interactive installations and workshops.
